Christina Lam
Principal | Accredited Family Law Specialist
Christina Lam is a highly respected and sought-after Family Lawyer in Sydney. Admitted as a legal practitioner in 2009, she became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law through the Law Society of New South Wales in 2020. Christina is also an Accredited Mediator and a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Since her admission, Christina has practised exclusively in Family Law across boutique and large reputable law firms, as well as with Legal Aid NSW. As an experienced solicitor and advocate, she regularly conducts interim and final hearings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court across Parramatta, Sydney and Wollongong. Her advocacy experience extends to matters in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Local Courts and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Christina has extensive experience across all areas of Family Law, including parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, financial agreements, de facto relationships and child support matters. She is particularly experienced in complex parenting and child support disputes involving family violence, relocation, paternity issues, child support assessments and arrears, and binding child support agreements.
Christina is appointed to the Legal Aid NSW Panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers and is regularly entrusted to represent the best interests of children in parenting proceedings.

Joshua Harris

Joshua Harris holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) from The University of Sydney. He joined the firm in 2022 and was admitted to practice in 2026.

Snjezana Dujakovic

Snjezana Dujakovic holds a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University and brings both academic strength and a genuine passion for Family Law to her practice.

Fluent in Serbian and Croatian, Snjezana is highly attuned to cultural sensitivities and ensures every client feels heard, respected and supported.
