Following separation, one party may not have sufficient income to meet their reasonable living expenses. In certain circumstances, spousal maintenance may be available to provide financial support.
We can advise whether you may be eligible to apply for spousal maintenance and assist you in seeking arrangements that ease financial pressure during the transition after a relationship breakdown.

Experience
Admitted in 2009, Christina is an Accredited Family Law Specialist (Law Society of NSW) and an accredited mediator and Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She has practised exclusively in Family Law across boutique firms, large practices, and Legal Aid NSW.
Court Experience
Christina regularly appears in Interim and Final hearings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and has represented clients in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court, Local Courts, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Areas of Practice
Christina advises on all aspects of Family Law, including parenting and property matters, divorce, child support, financial settlements, and de-facto relationships. She is particularly experienced in complex parenting and child support matters involving family violence, relocation, and paternity disputes.

Results-driven and empathetic, Christina provides tailored, practical advice to minimise stress and achieve the best possible outcomes. She is also a member of the Legal Aid Commission of NSW Panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers and regularly represents the best interests of children.
