Christina Lam is the founder and principal of Christina Lam & Associates. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law (Law Society of NSW), an Accredited Mediator, and a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Admitted as a legal practitioner in 2009, Christina has built her entire career in family law — working across boutique firms, large-scale practices, and Legal Aid NSW before founding her own firm. She regularly appears in interim and final hearings across the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and has represented clients in the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court, Local Courts, and the Supreme Court of NSW.
Christina’s practice covers the full scope of family law, with particular expertise in complex parenting disputes involving family violence, relocation, and paternity issues, as well as contested property settlements and child support matters.
She is appointed to the Legal Aid NSW Panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers and is regularly entrusted with representing the best interests of children in court proceedings.
